nOJOM say what?

Hands up my art geeks who spent countless hours of their childhood writing and re-writing their name. Forwards, backwards, inside out and sideways. ME, I DID, I DID! I just lurve to play with letters, words, language, symbols. I must have a billion sketchbook pages drenched in doodles of my name in every iteration. Gorgeous slow motion hours spent meticulously drawing out new letter forms or practicing just how tiny and perfectly I could write on a blank page. Dissecting how letters can slide up against one another. Diligently rolling out my cursive, my bubble letters and on and on and on. Well my name just so happens to be a pretty darn great assortment of letters for that variety of play. Thanks Mama y Papa for that. Noelia Marziali. Has a nice look, sounds gorgeous in Spanish and most importantly backwards it spells Aileon which to teen-age-me, solidified the suspicion that I am from outer space. Despite how sweet a name it is. I was not given a middle name but I did develop an obsession for eyeballs (Ojos in Spanish) Pro tip: The J sounds like an H. So after too many hours of current day doodling my name digitally, I discovered that sandwiched between my first and last initial the word ojo looks right at home. It even looks like a pair of eyes and a nose! Better still, even the bastardized English pronunciation sounds adorable as can be. Palindromes hold a special place in my twisted little heart. So it tickles me just right that we find the word mojo in there and if we wanna get craaaaazy, we can spot the word Moon. Finally, if I pronounce the J correctly, sounds like no home which is fitting for an unapologetic outsider looking in, like me🪐
